22. 24-54394 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE-23-330 and award a contract\nto Advisor Business Solutions, Inc., of Long Beach, CA, to implement the Black\nInfant Health Public Awareness Campaign project management and media\nconsultant services engaging the Black community, in a total annual amount not to\nexceed $300,000 for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
