12. 24-54426 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-24-434 and award a contract\nto R&S Overhead Doors of South Bay Inc., of Carson, CA, to furnish and deliver\noverhead electric door repair and rolling gate repair services and supplies, in an\nannual amount of $370,000, and authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount\nof $74,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed $444,000, for a period of two\nyears, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
