Contract\nTransportation) and San Bernardino County Flood Control District\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve the Contract Maintenance Agreements for a term up to five years with\nand San Bernardino\nSan Bernardino County ( Public Works -Transportation)\nCounty Flood Control;\n2) Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve contract work\nprojects up to $ 60, 000 per roadway project and $ 45, 000 per drainage project,\nsubject to overall annual maximum amount of $ 100, 000; and\n3) Authorize the Mayor to execute both agreements.
