Adopt resolution approving design and plans for construction of\nCommunity Park Improvements (Concrete V-Ditch Replacement and\nRestoration Improvement) Project (Project); authorize staff to solicit bids\nfor construction; authorize execution of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement\nNo. A2023-165 with Ludwig Engineering Associates, Inc., for additional\nengineering design services and post design/construction support\nservices for Project in amount of $24,920, increasing total agreement not-\nto-exceed amount to $193,078; authorize City Manager, at his discretion,\nto approve cumulative amendments up to ten percent ($19,307.80) of\nawarded contract amount; and determine Project to be exempt from\nreview under California Environmental Quality Act
