Appropriate $329,352.82 from American Rescue Plan Act Fund; find that\nexception to competitive bidding procedures under Chino Hills Municipal\nCode (CHMC) Section 3.16.110.G applies because National Auto Fleet\nGroup has existing contract through Sourcewell and Sharp Electronics\nCorporation has an existing contract through National Association of State\nProcurement Officials (NASPO), for purchase of mobile recreation retrofit\nand multifunction printers (MFPs), respectively, and procurement process\nutilized by both entities are substantially similar to provisions of CHMC\nChapter 3.16 - Purchasing System; authorize issuance of purchase order\nto National Auto Fleet Group utilizing cooperative purchase contract\n#091521-NAF in amount of $110,295.88 for mobile recreation vehicle\nretrofit, and purchase order to Sharp Electronics Corporation through its\nSharp Business Systems Division utilizing cooperative purchasing\ncontract #188627 in amount of $219,352.82 to purchase, configure, and\ninstall 30 MFPs for City facilities; authorize City Manager to negotiate and\nexecute five-year agreement with Sharp Electronics Corporation through\nSharp Business Systems Division, subject to City Attorney approval as to\nform, for print management program for supplies and maintenance of\nMFPs, printers, scanners, and plotters for total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $225,000; and find that actions are exempt from review under\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act
