10. 23-204 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a three-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with HdL Coren &\nCone for a total of $84,000 and a contingent fee of 25 percent\nof net tax revenue recovered with the option for the City to\ngrant up to two 1-year extensions for property tax\nmanagement services; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
