21. APPROVE GRANT REA PARK PETTING ZOO LICENSE AGREEMENT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a new Petting Zoo Operator License Agreement with WRW Inc. (“Licensee”); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
