15. APPROVE LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT TO MASTER RETAINER AGREEMENT NO. 3919 WITH AIM\nCONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE\nMONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 3 (CP NO. 894-3)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Task Order No. 6.1 via an Engagement Letter under Master Retainer Agreement No. 3919 with\nAIM Consulting Services for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Golf Course\nRenovation Project Phase 3 for a not-to-exceed-amount of $469,692; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Letter of Engagement; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
