Award a construction contract for the Beacon’s Beach Parking Lot\nReconstruction Project (CP22A) to Quality Construction & Engineering, Inc.\nEnvironmental Considerations: Pursuant to the California Environmental\nQuality Act, the project is exempt per Sections 15311 and 15304(e). Section\n15311 exempts the construction and replacement of minor structures including\nsmall parking lots. Section 15304(e) exempts the temporary construction\nstaging area for the duration of the project. The project is consistent with the\nCEQA exemption criteria.
