Ratification of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Encinitas\nand Cardiff 101 Main Street for a community special event on July 21, 2024\nand approval of a Memorandum of Understanding for a community special\nevent scheduled to be held on July 20, 2025. Environmental Considerations:\nThe action considered by the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section\n15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines. The action involves an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that will not result in the direct or indirect\nphysical change in the environment.
