5.11 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CURRENT\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HASA, INC., FOR AS-\nNEEDED SPLASH PAD SYSTEM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES\n(Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 2 to the current Maintenance\nServices Agreement with Hasa, Inc., for on-call as-needed Splash Pad\nSystem Repair and Maintenance Services to increase the total\nmaximum contract amount by $23,000 for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $72,852; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the\nMaintenance Services Agreement with Hasa, Inc.\nItem No. 5.11
