5.8 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (VOIP)\nINSTALLATION PROJECT WITH GOTO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve an Agreement with GoTo Communications, Inc. for the\nprocurement, installation and licensing of a Voice over Internet\nProtocol (VoIP) System and a three-year servicing agreement for a\ntotal not-to-exceed contract amount of $48,118.04; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed Agreement with\nGoTo Communications Inc. for the procurement, installation and\nservicing of a Voice over Internet Protocol phone system.\nItem No. 5.8
