8. Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the\nCity of Walnut and VCS Environmental\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the Fourth\nAmendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of\nWalnut and VCS Environmental, in substantially the form attached hereto,\nand in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer implementing\ndocuments and amendments up an additional contingency amount of Sixty\nThousand Dollars ($60,000) necessary to complete the professional services\ncontemplated by the Agreement, as amended, provided developer funds are\navailable in the project deposit account and the implementing documents and\namendments are in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
