9) DISCUSSION CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST SAFEBUILT COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL ON-CALL\nSERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Interwest\nSAFEbuilt Company (Contract No. 2248(a)) to increase the annual maximum compensation\nfrom $150,000 to $240,000 for on-call services; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
