7) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO TREEPEOPLE FOR\nPROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROJECT REPORTING, GRANT COORDINATION, COMMUNITY\nENGAGEMENT, AND LANDSCAPE PLANTING AND ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE CARLISLE GREEN\nALLEY PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement to TreePeople (Contract No. 2286) in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $270,020, for project management, project reporting, grant coordination,\ncommunity engagement and workshops, and tree and shrub planting and establishment for\nthe Carlisle Green Alley Project; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute the Agreement\nand any related documents.
