Authorize the Mayor to execute, and direct staff to submit a letter in response\nto the findings and recommendations noted in the report by submitting a\nletter to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court by September 19, 2024 in\nsubstantially the same form as attached to the Resolution as Exhibit A.
