CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND\nAMENDMENT TO A LEASE WITH TWO OPTIONS WITH GLAUKOS\nCORPORATION FOR THE CITY OWNED LAND LOCATED ON AVENIDA\nFABRICANTE (APN 690-661-09)\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-129, which will:\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Standard Industrial/Commercial\nLand Lease Agreement - Gross Between City and Glaukos Corporation,\nprovided as Attachment 1, Exhibit A, for the lease of the unimproved land\nlocated at Avenida Fabricante (APN 690-661-09).\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to\nContract No. C15-67, the lease agreement, by and between the City of\nSan Clemente and Glaukos Corporation, for the lease of the unimproved\nland located at Avenida Fabricante (APN 690-661-09).
