Approve an Agreement with Fanslau Government Affairs, at a rate of $17,000 per month with a\nnot to exceed amount of $625,000, for state legislative advocacy and consulting services, for a\none year term with up to two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to administer the agreement under the terms and conditions of the agreement.
