Acacia Street, in the amount of $39,368.33, for a Permanent Road Easement and a\nTemporary Construction Easement and authorize the acquisition payment of $39,368.33 to JJAC\nEnterprises LLC plus estimated escrow fees not to exceed $11,500 for the Citywide Safe Routes\nto School Sidewalk Gap Closure Project; and approve the Right-of-Way Contract with Frontera\nLLC for the purchase of a Temporary Construction Easement at 2930 E. Frontera Street, in the\namount of $71,559.90, and authorize the acquisition payment of $71,559.90 to Frontera LLC for\nthe project.

Approve the merits and other recommended adjustments to compensation for the City Council\nappointees, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk pursuant to Government Code Section\n54953(c)(3) and the Personnel Rules and Policies for Non-Represented City Employees, Section\n4.7 and direct the Human Resources Director to implement the new salary for the City Manager,\nin the amount of $368,283, for the City Attorney, in the amount of $351,687, and for the City\nClerk, in the amount of $235,455, each to be effective July 5, 2024.

Approve a First Amendment to the Software License and Support and Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Landis + Gyr Technology, Inc. to upgrade grid automation and remote monitoring\nsystems with advanced cyber security software, hardware, and related services, for one-time\ncosts of approximately $555,533 for new software licenses, hardware, and implementation\nsupport services and an increase of annual fees to an amount not to exceed $362,047 for\nrecurring software license fees and support and maintenance services with an annual Consumer\nPrice Index escalator and a contingency of not to exceed $75,000 per year for as-needed extra\nservices and products, with an initial term of five years and one-year optional renewals thereafter;\nand authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to issue a master agreement and execute and\ndeliver the amendment and any related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the amendment.\n3 August 20, 2024

Approve an Agreement with Fanslau Government Affairs, at a rate of $17,000 per month with a\nnot to exceed amount of $625,000, for state legislative advocacy and consulting services, for a\none year term with up to two one-year optional renewals; and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to administer the agreement under the terms and conditions of the agreement.
