7. Approve a First Amendment to the Software License and Support and Maintenance Services\nAgreement with Landis + Gyr Technology, Inc. to upgrade grid automation and remote monitoring\nsystems with advanced cyber security software, hardware, and related services, for one-time\ncosts of approximately $555,533 for new software licenses, hardware, and implementation\nsupport services and an increase of annual fees to an amount not to exceed $362,047 for\nrecurring software license fees and support and maintenance services with an annual Consumer\nPrice Index escalator and a contingency of not to exceed $75,000 per year for as-needed extra\nservices and products, with an initial term of five years and one-year optional renewals thereafter;\nand authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to issue a master agreement and execute and\ndeliver the amendment and any related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the amendment.\n3 August 20, 2024
