10. Approve the Right-of-Way Contract with JJAC Enterprises LLC for the purchase of real property\nat 1041 N. Acacia Street, in the amount of $39,368.33, for a Permanent Road Easement and a\nTemporary Construction Easement and authorize the acquisition payment of $39,368.33 to JJAC\nEnterprises LLC plus estimated escrow fees not to exceed $11,500 for the Citywide Safe Routes\nto School Sidewalk Gap Closure Project; and approve the Right-of-Way Contract with Frontera\nLLC for the purchase of a Temporary Construction Easement at 2930 E. Frontera Street, in the\namount of $71,559.90, and authorize the acquisition payment of $71,559.90 to Frontera LLC for\nthe project.
