Find that Zuma Construction Group, Inc.\nhas completed construction of Lake Forest Civic Center Senior Center\nStructural Steel Patio Cover (PW 2022-13). 2. Approve the Notice of\nCompletion and authorize the Mayor to execute the document on behalf of\nthe City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit Notice of Completion for\nrecordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County within\nfifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by Section 9204 of\nthe California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to release any unencumbered\nretention in accordance with California law.
