Authorize the City Manager and the Chief of Police to execute a\nMemorandum of Understanding and the First Amendment with the City of\nAnaheim Police Department accepting FY 2023 Enhanced Collaborative\nModel Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking Grant funds in the amount\nof $75,000 for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026\n(Agreement No. A-2024-XXX).\n2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $75,000 in the\nDepartment of Justice Grants revenue account and appropriate same to\nthe Office for Victims of Crime Human Trafficking expenditure accounts.\n(Requires five affirmative votes)
