13. 23-225 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a one-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Lifeline\nCommunity Services (DBA North County Lifeline), in the\namount of $66,509, for the Youth Development Program La\nEscuelita (Club Crown Heights) at the Crown Heights\nCommunity Resource Center located at 1210 Division Street\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement\nupon receipt of all supporting documents.
