5M. Safe Streets and Road for All Grant Application Submission to the Department of Transportation\n— 1. Authorize the submission of a Safe Streets and Roads for All grant application to the Department of\nTransportation;\n— 2. Authorize City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents and agreements necessary to participate\nin the Safe Streets and Roads for All grant program; and\n— 3. If awarded, amend the City’s General Fund (110) budget in Fiscal Year 2024-25 by the amount awarded in\nthe next quarterly budget adjustments and authorize the utilization of the City’s Gas Tax Fund (220) and grant-\nrelated staff costs to meet the match requirement.
