5D. Local Housing Trust Fund Grant Application Submission to the California Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment\n— 1. Adopt a Resolution with Attachment 1 authorizing the submission of a Local Housing Trust Fund grant\napplication to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development;\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents and agreements necessary to accept\nthe funds, if awarded; and\n— 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget to accept any potential award of funds to be allocated to\nthe City’s Housing Trust Fund (270).
