14.f THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE SECOND REVISED AND RESTATED 1039\nDISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY\nOF PALM DESERT AND DESERT WAVE VENTURES, LLC\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Second Revised and\nRestated Disposition and Development Agreement between the\nCity of Palm Desert and Desert Wave Ventures, LLC.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
