9. AGREEMENT WITH ZF ALEXANDER, INC. FOR DEVELOPER PAID\nENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING SERVICES FOR THE\nONE BEVERLY HILLS PROJECT; AND\nAPPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO ZF ALEXANDER, INC IN THE\nNOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $4,575,575.00.\nComment: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an agreement between\nthe City of Beverly Hills and ZF Alexander, Inc. and authorize a purchase order in\nthe not-to-exceed amount of $4,575,575.00 for consulting services to provide\nenvironmental compliance monitoring and specialty testing services for the One\nBeverly Hills project. The cost of providing these services will be borne entirely by\nthe developer with no fiscal impact to the City.
