CC 6. Frontage Median Bioswale Installation Project – Project No. P2502 – Award of\nContract to Siterep Construction Services, Inc. in the Amount of $174,010\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for the Frontage Median Bioswale Installation\nProject;\n2. Award a contract for the Frontage Median Bioswale Installation Project – Project\nP2502 to Siterep Construction Services, Inc. as the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder in the amount of $174,010 and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the contract;\n3. Award a Professional Services Agreement to CEJ Engineers, Inc for $24,960 for\nConstruction Management & Inspection Services and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the contract; and\n4. Authorize a project contingency amount of $17,401 to cover the cost of unforeseen\nconstruction expenses.
