Award a contract for the Covina Park Improvement Project – Project No. P2005 to\nGentry Brothers, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $149,500 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract; and\n2. Authorize a project contingency amount of $15,000 to cover the cost of unforeseen\nconstruction expenses.
