Approve plans and specifications for the Traffic Signal Installation Project – 4th\nAvenue and Badillo Street – Project No. T2501;\n2. Award a contract for the Traffic Signal Installation Project – 4th Avenue and Badillo\nStreet – Project No. T2501 to PTM General Engineering Services, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsive and responsible bidder in an amount of $746,046 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract;\n3. Authorize project contingency amount of $75,000 for any unforeseen construction\nexpenses; and\n4. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) between the City of Covina and\nSiterep, Inc for Construction Management and Inspection Services and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the PSA.
