8.2\nSECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVCES AGREEMENT WITH AVANT\nGARDE INC.\nComments:\nStaff is requesting that the City Council approve Second Amendment to the Professional\nService Agreement with Avant Garde Inc. for the remaining balance of $98,400 to\ncontinue the administration of the program and extend the term to June 30, 2026. (CD)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nApprove Second Amendment to the Public Service Agreement with Avant Garde Inc and\nadopt the attached resolution entitled: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA\nAUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICE AGREEMENT WITH AVANT GARDE INC FOR THE PURPOSE OF\nPROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THE COMMERCIAL FAÇADE GRANT\nPROGRAM.”
