14.a RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 38434-1 AND 621\nGRADING, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE AND\nEASEMENT AGREEMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Adopt a resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF FINAL TRACT\nMAP NO. 38431-1.”\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreements.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements related to\ngrading and subdivision improvement.\n4. Authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement for the construction\nand maintenance of a portion of public right-of-way.
