Waive formal bidding requirements pursuant to El Segundo Municipal\nCode § 1-7-9(A) to purchase a self-contained breathing apparatus air\ncompressor/fill station using Fiscal Year 2021 State Homeland Security\nGrant Program reimbursable funding.\n2.
