Amendment to Agreement With Phoenix Group Information Systems for\nan Additional $15,000 Per Fiscal Year to Provide Processing and Payment\nCollection Services for Parking Citations\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a second amendment to\nAgreement No. 6539 with Phoenix Group Information Systems to\nincrease the amount by $15,000 for a total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $80,000 per fiscal year. The contract term is extended from\nJanuary 2, 2026, to June 30, 2026, to align with the end of the fiscal year\npursuant to El Segundo Municipal Code Chapter 1-7A.\n2.
