20. Measure C Sales Tax Implementation\nRecommendation -\n1. Approve Resolutions and associated documents to instruct the California\nDepartment of Tax and Fee Administration to collect an additional 0.75%\nsales tax as approved by Measure C.\n9\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement\nwith Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates to add $2,400 per year for\nreporting and auditing services fee in relation to Measure C pursuant to\nEl Segundo Municipal Code Chapter 1-7A.\n3.
