Authorize the City Manager to execute a standard Public Works\nConstruction Contract with LCR Earthwork and Engineering, Corp. for\n5\n$2,018,104 for the FY 2024-25 Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Project\nNo. PW 24-08, and authorize an additional $201,810 as contingency\nfunds for potential unforeseen conditions.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a standard Professional Services\nAgreement with Anser Advisory in the amount of $142,114 for\nconstruction inspection and testing services, and authorize an additional\n$14,211 for construction-related contingencies pursuant to El Segundo\nMunicipal Code Chapter 1-7A.\n3.
