5. RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE STANDARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE\nDEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL GRANT ASSISTANCE\nPROGRAM AND THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024/2025 ABC GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDING\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Standard Agreement with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage\nControl - Grant Assistance Program; and\n2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with\nthe Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; and\n3. Authorize a budget appropriation of $40,000 to the designated account.
