Award the Contract for Finkbiner Park Tennis and Pickleball Court Improvements – Phase 1,\nPlan No. 1365-1, to NoHo Constructors in the amount of $295,830 (Strategic Plan Items 46-\nIMCIF and 48-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Approve the Plans and Specifications for Finkbiner Park Tennis and Pickleball Court\nImprovements – Phase 1, Plan No. 1365-1; 3. Award the contract for Finkbiner Park Tennis\nand Pickleball Court Improvements – Phase 1, Plan No. 1365-1, to NoHo Constructors in the\namount of $295,830; 4. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement\nwith NoHo Constructors, including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 5. Authorize\nthe Public Works Director to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to exceed\n10% of the original contract amount.
