g. AUTHORIZE CONTRACT, BUDGET APPROPRIATION AND LOAN\nAGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF FEAST AND FAREWAY HEATERS\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract in a form approved by the City Attorney with American Wiring, Inc., for the\nFeast and Fareway Outdoor Heaters project in an amount not to exceed $89,583;\nappropriate an additional $58,556 from Capital Fund 400; approve a total project\nbudget of $108,556; authorize the City Manager to execute a loan agreement with\nFeast and Fareway, LLC with a secured promissory note in an amount up to\n$33,556 to be repaid within three years; and find the project categorically exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 of the CEQA\nGuidelines (14 CCR 15301, Existing Facilities).\nanager to execute change orders within the project budget; and,\nfind that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review under Class\n1 of the state CEQA Guidelines section 15301, Existing Facilities (14 CCR 15301).
