Adopt a resolution adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration (State\nClearinghouse No. 2024050900) for the Villagio Villas Apartments Project\nlocated south of McCall Boulevard and east of Interstate 215 at the southern\nterminus of Encanto Drive, and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination; and\n2. Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. PLN21­0377; and\n3. Adopt a resolution approving Plot Plan No. PLN21­0375; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance approving Zone Change No. PLN21­0376.
