10.12 Agreement Amendment with West Coast Arborist, Inc. for Citywide Tree Trimming\nand Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborist for citywide tree\ntrimming and maintenance services in the amount of $371,969 for a revised\ntotal not­to­exceed aggregate sum of $1,007,610.20; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement amendments for the\nremainder of the contract at the City’s discretion, and contingent on availability\nof the corresponding budget.
