12.1 Issuance of Special Tax Bonds for Community Facilities District 2022­1, Quartz\nRanch\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of special tax bonds and the\nexecution and delivery of bond documents in connection with Community\nFacilities District 2022­1, Quartz Ranch, located south of La Piedra Road, on\nMenifee Mayor and both\nCity Council\nthe east and west sides of Evans Road; and August 21, 2024\nexpenditure budgets and corresponding appropriations for the bond issuance.\nCimarron Ridge, located southwest of McLaughlin Road and Byers Road, and\ncalling an election; and\n2. Adopt a resolution certifying election results for Improvement Area No. 2 of\nCommunity Facilities District No. 2023­2, Cimarron Ridge; and\n3.
