11. CONSIDERATION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L.\nHUNTER & ASSOCIATES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $136,980, TO PROVIDE TRASH\nDAILY GENERATION RATE (DGR) STUDY ASSISTANCE, AS-NEEDED FOR\nNATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) MUNICIPAL\nSEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) CONSULTING SERVICES, AND FATS,\nOILS, & GREASE (FOG) CONTROL PROGRAM COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR\nFISCAL YEARS 2024-2025 AND 2025-2026, AS WELL AS APPROVAL OF\nAMENDMENTS TO THE JOHN L. HUNTER & ASSOCIATES FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024\nAGREEMENTS TO FACILITATE PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES RECENTLY\nPERFORMED\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider approving the Professional Services Agreement with John L. Hunter &\nAssociates, Inc. to provide Trash Daily Generation Rate (DGR) Study Assistance,\nAs-Needed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal\nSeparate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Consulting Services, and Fats, Oils, &\nGrease (FOG) Control Program Compliance Services for Fiscal Years 2024-2025\nand 2025-2026, for a not-to-exceed amount of $136,980; and\n2. Approve the first amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 agreement with John L.\nHunter & Associates, Inc. to facilitate payments of $8,511.93 for DGR, NPDES, &\nMS4 services recently conducted that exceeded the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 contract\nvalue.\n3. Approve the first amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 agreement with John L.\nHunter & Associates, Inc. to facilitate payment of $10,827.00 for FOG services\nrecently conducted that exceeded the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 contract value.
