5. Award of Contract to Wired Media Solutions for the Police Emergency\nOperations Center (EOC) Audio/Video, Networking, and Automation\nUpgrade Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Approve the agreement with Wired Media Solutions in the amount of\n$70,670.30 for the design, installation, and configuration of the EOC\nupgrade; and\n2.
