Accept Contract No. C46270 with USA Shade and Fabric\nStructures (USA Shade) for the Palm Desert Aquatic Center and\nFreedom Park Shade Improvements Project as complete.\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to file the Notice\nof Completion.
