Appeal 24­02 of Appeal 24­01 for Development Permit Type­D 21­18, 19, 20, and 21\n(Ward 3) P.14\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California\nadopt Resolution No. 2024­145 denying Appeal 24­02, thereby upholding the Planning\nCommission’s denial of Appeal 24­01 for Development Permit Type­D 21­18, 19, 20, and\n21, which upholds the Development and Environmental Review Committee’s (DERC)\nadoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration in conjunction with the approval of\nDevelopment Permit Type­D 21­18, 19, 20, and 21, allowing the development and\nestablishment of five (5) service commercial buildings totaling approximately 67,451 square\nfeet on several APNs for a combined 4.81 acres within the Commercial Regional (CR­3)\nzone.
