Adopt Resolution No. 2024­181 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San\nBernardino, California, denying Appeal 24­03 thereby upholding Planning\nCommission’s denial of Development Permit Type–P 22­05 to al l o w t he\ndevelopment, establishment, and operation of a truck and trailer parking facility on a\nparcel containing approximately 2.90 acres, located on the Southeast corner of W.\nRialto Avenue and S. Rancho Avenue (APN: 0142212­22) within the Industrial Light\n(IL) zone (Attachment 1).\nOR\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024­182 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San\nBernardino, California, granting Appeal 24­03 of the Planning Commission’s denial,\nthereby approving Development Permit Type–P 22­05 to allow the development,\nestablishment, and operation of a truck and trailer parking facility on a parcel\ncontaining approximately 2.90 acres, located on the Southeast corner of W. Rialto\nAvenue and S. Rancho Avenue (APN: 0142‑212­22) within the Industrial Light (IL)\nzone; and finding the project subject to a Categorical Exemption under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Attachment 6).
