Approve Amendment No. 1 by and between the City of Palm\nDesert and Gerald Ford Apartments, a California Limited\nPartnership (“Owner”), in accordance with the conditions of\napproval of the development of 150 units known as Gerald Ford\nApartments, a multifamily rental housing projected located at\n75580 Gerald Ford Drive, Palm Desert, California (“Project”).\n2.
