13.y AWARD CONTRACT C47860 TO ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT FOR THE 503\nHAYSTACK ROAD TRAFFIC CALMING AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT, PROJECT NO. CST00006\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a Contract C47860 with All American Asphalt, of Corona,\nCA, in the amount of $551,177, plus a 10% contingency, for the\nHaystack Road Traffic Calming and Safety Improvements Project,\nProject No. CST00006.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nwritten requests for change orders up to contingency amount,\namendments, and any other documents necessary to effectuate\nthis action, in accordance with Section 3.30.170 of the Palm\nDesert Municipal Code.\n4.
